I visited Voormi about 6 years ago but didn't buy anything. Upon returning to Pagosa Springs, I made a point to return to the shop, as I was fascinated with the fibers. The shop has changed a great deal, but the clothes are still awesome. The product I purchased (cross cut base layer) indicated it is a base layer, but it looks so good I wear it as an "only" layer. During a face-time chat with my son, he commented about how good my Voormi top looked. Living in Dallas, I may not get that many more days this year to wear my Voormi, but I'm looking forward to next fall, when I'm sure I'll wear the heck out of it. Voormi matches my lifestyle, in that it's capable of high activity and energy, but it also looks great just chilling on the couch.

Just worn casually so far. I bought it for layering on my next trip to Alaska. Hope to stay warm

The crosscut is great for a base layer and nice enough to wear by itself. I typically wear a size large in most brands, but knew to get a medium in the crosscut having the heavier cross-over version. Medium fits me perfectly at my size.

Nice layer. Was warm enough without an outer layer when hiking in temps of 20's F. I sometimes wear a large, sometimes medium. This item ran a bit large. I had to exchange the item for a smaller size (an easy process). Medium fit very well.

Exactly what I wanted. I have become very used to backpacking with a merino tshirt and a tropic weight hoodie. When I looked into winter camping I wanted a similar setup. This is exactly what I needed. Cut a bit loose so baselsyer long Johns will comfortably fit beneath. The high collar helps keep the cold out when used with a gaiter. Coupled with the tree line hoodie this was the perfect gear choice. For 30-40 degree backpacking. Get it!!

My size is generally at the border of large and medium. Sometimes a Voormi product large is best and sometimes a medium. Runs large… a medium worked best for me.
