Returns & Exchanges

We are confident you will be more than pleased with your VOORMI purchase. If, however, you need to return your purchase for a refund, exchange or repair please follow the directions below.

Important: Final Sale Items

All items purchased from our Last Call Collection Sale and our B-Grade Sale (both online and in store) are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All items purchased during any VOORMI's online and site wide sales throughout 2025 are Final Sale and not eligible for return, but can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days. No rainchecks.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges or returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase/shipping delivery for any reason. The item is required to be in new condition, unwashed and unworn with tags still attached.
  • Exchanges not received within 30 days of when the exchange request was initiated will be voided.
  • Only garments purchased through VOORMI.com or a VOORMI retail store are eligible for returns/exchanges. If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, we require that you work with them for the exchange/refund.

Manufacturing Defects & Repairs

We will also repair or replace your VOORMI garment within a year of purchase if it has been damaged by faulty fabric, stitching or other manufacturing defects.

For damaged items please supply photos with your return request via email.

Processing Time & Shipping Costs

  • We do our best to process returns/exchanges within 14 business days. Please keep in mind that we do get backlogged during Holidays and peak season, and it may take longer to process.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the garment back to us. If a replacement is to be sent, we will cover the cost of sending it to you.
  • For returns and exchanges outside of the contiguous United States, the customer is responsible for all shipping cost (except for manufacturer defects).
  • Following receipt of your returned item, we will send a replacement or issue a credit to the card used for purchase.

To Begin a New Return/Exchange

Follow these steps:

  • Locate your order information: order number and email address that was used to place the order. Your email confirmation contains your order number. Or if using the packing slip - you need the Client Reference number.
  • Follow the link below to get an approved return. Upon completion, instructions will be emailed automatically.

For gifts that need to be exchanged/returned: Please email or call us so we can get you set up. We will need to locate the original order using the gift giver's name and will need to know the general product information and shipping address as well.

We can only return/exchange items purchased through VOORMI directly. If a purchase was made from one of our retail partners, please contact them.
