Bought the face mask/gaiter. It is almost too tight on my husband and it falls off my nose for me( I have a kid sized face). Perhaps if you could put a fabric/grosgrain ribbon pull tab adjustment in the back kinda like how some ball caps can be adjusted. I also stitched in a ‘nite ize gear tie’ to make the nose conform and fit.

Been wearing the gaiter for skiing while wearing goggles. Love the breathability - the biggest issue in most "covid required face coverings is they get soggy and are either hard to breathe through or they freeze up. Doesn't happen with merino! My only gripe is around how the gaiter fits where bridge of nose and bottom of goggle meet. Many masks use a small wire to help form this area, and that might be a great add. Also, I'm a larger guy and find the circumference of the gaiter around the back of head to bridge of nose slightly tight. I find myself tugging on it to stretch out and loosen this area. Those are minor "issues" and overall I really love this!

Bought these for the whole family for Christmas. Very comfy and easy to use. Lightweight so it’s easy to just wear around your neck and pull up when needed. For me it actually ran a tad big, and washing didn’t shrink it as I hoped, but I have a small frame and fairly narrow face. Most gaiters are too big for me. Rest of the family, all men, love them. I like mine too but will need to make a few adjustments.

I am so pleased with the Everday Gaiter, I am going to buy one for my husband, too. It is so soft on the face, and doesn’t cling like other gaiters or masks. I have worn it in warmer weather (walking with other people who wanted masks) and it was very breathable. Lately with cold weather in Wisconsin, I have been using it while walking/hiking during cold, strong winds. It is great for that, too. Also comes in very handy for the indoor, mask-mandated places. It is so comfortable, sometimes I forget it is even on! Nice to find such a quality product made in USA!

My wife and I finally received our Everyday Gaiters after an extended wait due to all things 2020, and we were able to use them today. These gaiters strike a nice balance between all out protection and comfort. As we both work in healthcare and must wear medical-grade surgical masks or N-95 masks most days, it's nice to have the option to choose something else when out and about during these pandemic times when absolute protection isn't necessary to protect ourselves and others. Where surgical masks and many other cloth masks can uncomfortably pull on the ears and be downright uncomfortable, the Everyday Gaiter is more of a loose fit but still offers enough of a grip that it stays in place. It's also much more comfortable for me than Buff style neck tubes. Standard neck tubes/gaiters can be too tight and hot, whereas the Everyday Gaiter has just the right amount of fabric to fully cover your face from your nose to your chest without bunching up like a normal neck tube/gaiter. I'd caution that if you are part of a vulnerable group, the fact that this product doesn't have any sort of form-fitting piece for the bridge of the nose may not make it the best choice to protect yourself in particularly risky spaces. But for all others this product gets the job done during day-to-day errands with a level of comfort that's hard to find.

As a ski instructor I spend a lot of time on the hill with a mask. I really appreciate how the merino wool in this gaiter manages moisture. This thing is great. I have preferred using neck gaiters during the pandemic as they are much easier to leave on and pull up when needed. The problem I have with most is that they fall down. I don't know if I have an oddly shaped head or something but they would just never stay up. So the everyday gaiter solves that problem for me and I don't find myself getting any "fatigue" from the ear loops. The thing also doesn't hold a smell which is great. I was doing some errands around my mother's house and kept this on for extra safety and while I was climbing ladders, moving the washing machine, and setting up her Christmas tree it never accumulated the "you've been breathing heavily into a piece of fabric for 3 straight hours and now it's totally gross" smell....so to summarize: I love it.

If I recall correctly, the description indicated a spacious fit at the mouth area. I've found that the fit feels like my nose is being smashed and I have a tighter than preferable fit at the mouth/chin. Otherwise, I think this is a better mask than others I've tried.

Wears like a regular buff or gaitor but the ear loops hold it up a lot better. I got it mostly for skiing where we have to have a face covering in lift lines, but pulls down easily for skiing and then easily right back up for the lift. Best solution yet!

I wish I could give my latest order(s) of the Everyday Gaiter 5-stars, but the sizing is getting out of control. Granted, I do have a small head face, but the first batch of 3 I ordered when they originally came out, were snug enough for me to feel confident in the protection of those around me without being tight. However, with the subsequent orders I have placed, the sizing has increased and I must now take them to my tailor and have them taken in (2+ inches) at the elastic so they perform the function as needed. Several of my coworkers admired mine so much, they also placed orders. Those with larger heads/faces are very happy but those with more narrow faces, like mine--are having the same issue. Can you possibly make them in sizes (S, M, L)?

I love this face gaiter because of the ear loops and the material. It stays where its supposed to (above the nose) and keeps me safe while also providing breathability that keeps my face from being a sweat bomb. Got a second gaiter but it seems noticeably smaller than the first. It's a different design. The one i bought several months ago only has a single seam, this new one has two. I can handle that it's a bit tighter around the face because the new one has a stretchy back, but it's also shorter in the front. The front of the gaiter doesn't "drop" as far as the first one I got. I guess Voormi wanted to save a bit on fabric. I like the older version, where it's longer in the front.

The everyday gaiter is comfortable and breathes easily..unfortunately one size does NOT fit all. The ear loops are so large that the fabric hangs loose at my chin (chin diaper) it doesn’t come anywhere near my nose or stay put on my face. I have tried to shrink it in the dryer to no avail; as a last resort the ear loops are being cut and re-sewn by a friend for a better fit.

This is great, except that it fit my head way too tightly. I took apart the seam in the back and added a mitten keeper to add about three inches to the circumference. This makes it less hot and so that the gaiter doesn't enter my mouth whenever I open it. This does make it flap a little, but I'll make a more permanent modification in a month when I'm done travelling.

This is a beautiful product. However, I have a small head and neck, and the ear loops (I purchased this tp replace mask wearing) are too long. I am having a friend take the loops in to fit my head better. Also, I have worn it just a bit, and I'm worried that the fibers from the merino wool might either tickle my face or get into my throat. While slightly more scratchy than I expected this is actually very comfortable. I've gotten used to the cotton on my face, so the wool was just a bit more scratchy and I did notice that it would catch in my stubble a teeny bit. That said, the shape of longer in the front and shorter in the back works great.
Quality of the product is nice and definitely works better than other gaiters than I have used. Less smash faced feeling. Easy to move up and down especially hiking when you are not near people most of the time but run into areas where you want to mask up since you cant avoid the 6ft rules (or the air wakes). Quality makes me want to investigate more Voormi products, but seems they dont make Men's shirts and hoodies in the 4XLT sizes
Being a Gaiter, I now get "looks" for having an inappropriate mask since that incomplete study where they were testing the methodology for testing masks, not the masks themselves. But also get "looks" for wearing a face covering from the other side. That said, being wool, and not nylon I can tell there is a difference, and even then Having these for post COVID hiking as a way to keep face warm in winters will be great. (Possibly cool in summers, but that's yet to be seen)

I've liked this gaiter a lot. It is my best covid mask. The ear loops fit well, and it is breathable for me, while keeping me from breathing on others quite well. The interior is a little scratchy.

It's a great piece of kit and I'm looking forward to using it when the back country opens up again. Currently I don't use it day to day as the heat in Floriduh makes it a bit too warm, so I'm using more cotton masks. I can throw those in the washing machine, and sanitize them pronto. I'm really looking forward to winter, and skiing so I can use it daily. Wonderful product, and I hope to buy other products from you folks in the future.

Love this! I no longer have to fumble through my pockets when I meet up with a fellow hiker to find my mask. Now, I just have to pull it up and slip it behind my ears. Even thought the weather was warm, having it around my neck didn't feel to hot.

My whole family has the Voormi Everyday Gaiter for our out and about trips, workdays, and school days. They each have a different color and just a little bit different fit. I'm a teacher and I've worn mine for two meeting days in my mostly non-air conditioned school. It's still mask, but the second day I liked it better. It was lightweight, not too hot, dried quickly, was easy to move up and down without handling it too much as I was taking drink breaks from it. It is relatively easy to talk with as far as masks go. The best part was that I didn't have to hang onto it when I took it off. I just slipped it down. It is the most hands-free of any mask. If you are worried about touching surfaces then your mask or vice versa the everyday gaiter really is the way to go.

This ear loop gaiter is perfect! I don't know why I didn't think of modifying my gaiters to work like this already... I know this is a product in response to this horrible pandemic, but i will also be using this for winter running and hiking. It's convenient to have a contoured piece that covers my face, but leaves my ears open. Using a beanie with this completes a modular system for keeping my head comfortable. I love the convenience of this gaiter. My only comment is on the shape where the edge hits your nose. After several hours the mask begins to pull/run on your nose. It’s hard to tell if there is an easy comfortable solution. Otherwise, it’s great!

I have been using neck gaiters regularly as a mask. I was intrigued by the Voormi style (having ear loops) but suspicious as how it would look and work and its comfort. I was wrong for my suspicions the weight and style work very well. I live in Louisiana so we are dealing with heat and humidity, all days, but this gaiter is comfortable in all circumstances that I wear it and use it to fight the Covid. Disclaimer - I am a Voormi fan and have purchased several different items from their line and I have yet to be disappointed in the quality of the materials and workmanship which is important considering the price. You definitely get better than you pay for.

Perfect gaiter for covid times and beyond. Quick and easy to pop on when needed and breathes well. The ear loops are nice to keep it up over your nose, but they aren't needed necessarily as it would stay up without as well. Nice to have if you have maybe a smaller head...mine isn't small by any means ;) Getcha one if you can.

I HATE the mask thing!
The Voormi mask is GREAT because after the panic has relented, I'll be snowboarding/skiing for years to come in my fantastic Voormi gaiter. (most of the flu specific masks will end up in our landfills)
I'm critical of how the statistics and science have been "applied" regarding this very real flu?
That being said, masks are the reality of the moment, I'll be wearing my Voormi gaiter & waiting for winter.

Love this gaiter, but... I found that a slight variation in the placement of the ear loops affected the fit for me. I ordered a purple one for myself and a green one for my boyfriend. When I put on the purple one it felt too loose on me. The green one looked snug on my boyfriend. So we switched. The green one seemed to fit me much better and the purple one is fine for him. I laid them one on top of the other to see if the sizes were different. They are not, but the purple one has more elongated ear loops, which seems to be what made it feel looser on my face. The green one is great for me. I wear it walking and hiking outside and just pull it up when other people are near. I thought it would be too hot to leave around my neck, but it's fine. Great product! Even though it is only one layer, it passed the candle test.

Debated getting one of these but it works so well when it's hot out or you are flipping the mask up and down a bunch. Looks as good as a mask can and very happy with it. I don't wear glasses so not sure on the fog factor but they where fine with sunglasses.

I can't tolerate masks, so a gaiter that gently hooks over my ears is a perfect option. It is comfortable even in warm summer sailing classes on the great lakes. I get many compliments and inquiries as to where I purchased my gaiter. Happy to refer them to Voormi!

Overall the fit is great for an adult, and the gaiter is easy to use. Especially in these times of COVID, it's great to be able to quickly pull up face protection when I approach people on my daily dog walk or bike ride.
The fabric is slightly scratchier than I had hoped (although not too uncomfortable), but I expect it to soften after a few washes. The gaiter does not have a nose stiffener - ideally it would have one for a better seal, but I understand that this is designed as a gaiter, not PPE.

These gaiters strike a nice balance between all out protection and comfort. As we both work in healthcare and must wear medical-grade surgical masks or N-95 masks most days, it's nice to have the option to choose something else when out and about during these pandemic times when absolute protection isn't necessary to protect ourselves and others. Where surgical masks and many other cloth masks can uncomfortably pull on the ears and be downright uncomfortable, the Everyday Gaiter is more of a loose fit but still offers enough of a grip that it stays in place. It's also much more comfortable for me than Buff style neck tubes. Standard neck tubes/gaiters can be too tight and hot, whereas the Everyday Gaiter has just the right amount of fabric to fully cover your face from your nose to your chest without bunching up like a normal neck tube/gaiter. I'd caution that if you are part of a vulnerable group, the fact that this product doesn't have any sort of form-fitting piece for the bridge of the nose may not make it the best choice to protect yourself in particularly risky spaces. But for all others this product gets the job done during day-to-day errands with a level of comfort that's hard to find.

This thing is great. I have preferred using neck gaiters during the pandemic as they are much easier to leave on and pull up when needed. The problem I have with most is that they fall down. I don't know if I have an oddly shaped head or something but they would just never stay up. So the everyday gaiter solves that problem for me and I don't find myself getting any "fatigue" from the ear loops. The thing also doesn't hold a smell which is great. I was doing some errands around my mother's house and kept this on for extra safety and while I was climbing ladders, moving the washing machine, and setting up her Christmas tree it never accumulated the "you've been breathing heavily into a piece of fabric for 3 straight hours and now it's totally gross" smell....so to summarize: I love it.

If I recall correctly, the description indicated a spacious fit at the mouth area. I've found that the fit feels like my nose is being smashed and I have a tighter than preferable fit at the mouth/chin. Otherwise, I think this is a better mask than others I've tried.

Wears like a regular buff or gaitor but the ear loops hold it up a lot better. I got it mostly for skiing where we have to have a face covering in lift lines, but pulls down easily for skiing and then easily right back up for the lift. Best solution yet!

I wish I could give my latest order(s) of the Everyday Gaiter 5-stars, but the sizing is getting out of control. Granted, I do have a small head face, but the first batch of 3 I ordered when they originally came out, were snug enough for me to feel confident in the protection of those around me without being tight. However, with the subsequent orders I have placed, the sizing has increased and I must now take them to my tailor and have them taken in (2+ inches) at the elastic so they perform the function as needed. Several of my coworkers admired mine so much, they also placed orders. Those with larger heads/faces are very happy but those with more narrow faces, like mine--are having the same issue. Can you possibly make them in sizes (S, M, L)?

Got a second gaiter but it seems noticeably smaller than the first. It's a different design. The one i bought several months ago only has a single seam, this new one has two. I can handle that it's a bit tighter around the face because the new one has a stretchy back, but it's also shorter in the front. The front of the gaiter doesn't "drop" as far as the first one I got. I guess Voormi wanted to save a bit on fabric. I like the older version, where it's longer in the front.

The everyday gaiter is comfortable and breathes easily..unfortunately one size does NOT fit all. The ear loops are so large that the fabric hangs loose at my chin (chin diaper) it doesn’t come anywhere near my nose or stay put on my face. I have tried to shrink it in the dryer to no avail; as a last resort the ear loops are being cut and re-sewn by a friend for a better fit.

This is great, except that it fit my head way too tightly. I took apart the seam in the back and added a mitten keeper to add about three inches to the circumference. This makes it less hot and so that the gaiter doesn't enter my mouth whenever I open it. This does make it flap a little, but I'll make a more permanent modification in a month when I'm done travelling.

This is a beautiful product. However, I have a small head and neck, and the ear loops (I purchased this tp replace mask wearing) are too long. I am having a friend take the loops in to fit my head better. Also, I have worn it just a bit, and I'm worried that the fibers from the merino wool might either tickle my face or get into my throat. While slightly more scratchy than I expected this is actually very comfortable. I've gotten used to the cotton on my face, so the wool was just a bit more scratchy and I did notice that it would catch in my stubble a teeny bit. That said, the shape of longer in the front and shorter in the back works great.
Quality of the product is nice and definitely works better than other gaiters than I have used. Less smash faced feeling. Easy to move up and down especially hiking when you are not near people most of the time but run into areas where you want to mask up since you cant avoid the 6ft rules (or the air wakes). Quality makes me want to investigate more Voormi products, but seems they dont make Men's shirts and hoodies in the 4XLT sizes
Being a Gaiter, I now get "looks" for having an inappropriate mask since that incomplete study where they were testing the methodology for testing masks, not the masks themselves. But also get "looks" for wearing a face covering from the other side. That said, being wool, and not nylon I can tell there is a difference, and even then Having these for post COVID hiking as a way to keep face warm in winters will be great. (Possibly cool in summers, but that's yet to be seen)

It's a great piece of kit and I'm looking forward to using it when the back country opens up again. Currently I don't use it day to day as the heat in Floriduh makes it a bit too warm, so I'm using more cotton masks. I can throw those in the washing machine, and sanitize them pronto. My whole family has the Voormi Everyday Gaiter for our out and about trips, workdays, and school days. They each have a different color and just a little bit different fit. I'm a teacher and I've worn mine for two meeting days in my mostly non-air conditioned school. It's still mask, but the second day I liked it better. It was lightweight, not too hot, dried quickly, was easy to move up and down without handling it too much as I was taking drink breaks from it. It is relatively easy to talk with as far as masks go. The best part was that I didn't have to hang onto it when I took it off. I just slipped it down. It is the most hands-free of any mask. If you are worried about touching surfaces then your mask or vice versa the everyday gaiter really is the way to go.

This ear loop gaiter is perfect! I don't know why I didn't think of modifying my gaiters to work like this already... I know this is a product in response to this horrible pandemic, but i will also be using this for winter running and hiking. It's convenient to have a contoured piece that covers my face, but leaves my ears open. Using a beanie with this completes a modular system for keeping my head comfortable. I love the convenience of this gaiter. My only comment is on the shape where the edge hits your nose. After several hours the mask begins to pull/run on your nose. It’s hard to tell if there is an easy comfortable solution. Otherwise, it’s great!

I have been using neck gaiters regularly as a mask. I was intrigued by the Voormi style (having ear loops) but suspicious as how it would look and work and its comfort. I was wrong for my suspicions the weight and style work very well. I live in Louisiana so we are dealing with heat and humidity, all days, but this gaiter is comfortable in all circumstances that I wear it and use it to fight the Covid. Disclaimer - I am a Voormi fan and have purchased several different items from their line and I have yet to be disappointed in the quality of the materials and workmanship which is important considering the price. You definitely get better than you pay for.

The Voormi mask is GREAT because after the panic has relented, I'll be snowboarding/skiing for years to come in my fantastic Voormi gaiter. (most of the flu specific masks will end up in our landfills)

Love this gaiter, but... I found that a slight variation in the placement of the ear loops affected the fit for me. I ordered a purple one for myself and a green one for my boyfriend. When I put on the purple one it felt too loose on me. The green one looked snug on my boyfriend. So we switched. The green one seemed to fit me much better and the purple one is fine for him. I laid them one on top of the other to see if the sizes were different. They are not, but the purple one has more elongated ear loops, which seems to be what made it feel looser on my face. The green one is great for me. I wear it walking and hiking outside and just pull it up when other people are near. I thought it would be too hot to leave around my neck, but it's fine. Great product! Even though it is only one layer, it passed the candle test.

Overall the fit is great for an adult, and the gaiter is easy to use. Especially in these times of COVID, it's great to be able to quickly pull up face protection when I approach people on my daily dog walk or bike ride.
The fabric is slightly scratchier than I had hoped (although not too uncomfortable), but I expect it to soften after a few washes. The gaiter does not have a nose stiffener - ideally it would have one for a better seal, but I understand that this is designed as a gaiter, not PPE.

Bought the face mask/gaiter. It is almost too tight on my husband and it falls off my nose for me( I have a kid sized face). Perhaps if you could put a fabric/grosgrain ribbon pull tab adjustment in the back kinda like how some ball caps can be adjusted. I also stitched in a ‘nite ize gear tie’ to make the nose conform and fit.

Been wearing the gaiter for skiing while wearing goggles. Love the breathability - the biggest issue in most "covid required face coverings is they get soggy and are either hard to breathe through or they freeze up. Doesn't happen with merino! My only gripe is around how the gaiter fits where bridge of nose and bottom of goggle meet. Many masks use a small wire to help form this area, and that might be a great add. Also, I'm a larger guy and find the circumference of the gaiter around the back of head to bridge of nose slightly tight. I find myself tugging on it to stretch out and loosen this area. Those are minor "issues" and overall I really love this!

Bought these for the whole family for Christmas. Very comfy and easy to use. Lightweight so it’s easy to just wear around your neck and pull up when needed. For me it actually ran a tad big, and washing didn’t shrink it as I hoped, but I have a small frame and fairly narrow face. Most gaiters are too big for me. Rest of the family, all men, love them. I like mine too but will need to make a few adjustments.

Granted, I do have a small head face, but the first batch of 3 I ordered when they originally came out, were snug enough for me to feel confident in the protection of those around me without being tight. However, with the subsequent orders I have placed, the sizing has increased and I must now take them to my tailor and have them taken in (2+ inches) at the elastic so they perform the function as needed. Several of my coworkers admired mine so much, they also placed orders. Those with larger heads/faces are very happy but those with more narrow faces, like mine--are having the same issue. Can you possibly make them in sizes (S, M, L)?

I love this face gaiter because of the ear loops and the material. It stays where its supposed to (above the nose) and keeps me safe while also providing breathability that keeps my face from being a sweat bomb. Got a second gaiter but it seems noticeably smaller than the first. It's a different design. The one i bought several months ago only has a single seam, this new one has two. I can handle that it's a bit tighter around the face because the new one has a stretchy back, but it's also shorter in the front. The front of the gaiter doesn't "drop" as far as the first one I got. I guess Voormi wanted to save a bit on fabric. I like the older version, where it's longer in the front.

The everyday gaiter is comfortable and breathes easily..unfortunately one size does NOT fit all. The ear loops are so large that the fabric hangs loose at my chin (chin diaper) it doesn’t come anywhere near my nose or stay put on my face. I have tried to shrink it in the dryer to no avail; as a last resort the ear loops are being cut and re-sewn by a friend for a better fit.

This is great, except that it fit my head way too tightly. I took apart the seam in the back and added a mitten keeper to add about three inches to the circumference. This makes it less hot and so that the gaiter doesn't enter my mouth whenever I open it. This does make it flap a little, but I'll make a more permanent modification in a month when I'm done travelling.

This is a beautiful product. However, I have a small head and neck, and the ear loops (I purchased this tp replace mask wearing) are too long. I am having a friend take the loops in to fit my head better. Also, I have worn it just a bit, and I'm worried that the fibers from the merino wool might either tickle my face or get into my throat. My friend had an everyday gaiter. It fits great. I use it for face coverings when out and about in place of the mask coverings. It is perfect stays out of the way when not in use. The bad thing is I am going to need to get more.

While slightly more scratchy than I expected this is actually very comfortable. I've gotten used to the cotton on my face, so the wool was just a bit more scratchy and I did notice that it would catch in my stubble a teeny bit. That said, the shape of longer in the front and shorter in the back works great.
Quality of the product is nice and definitely works better than other gaiters than I have used. Less smash faced feeling. Easy to move up and down especially hiking when you are not near people most of the time but run into areas where you want to mask up since you cant avoid the 6ft rules (or the air wakes). Quality makes me want to investigate more Voormi products, but seems they dont make Men's shirts and hoodies in the 4XLT sizes
Being a Gaiter, I now get "looks" for having an inappropriate mask since that incomplete study where they were testing the methodology for testing masks, not the masks themselves. But also get "looks" for wearing a face covering from the other side. That said, being wool, and not nylon I can tell there is a difference, and even then Having these for post COVID hiking as a way to keep face warm in winters will be great. (Possibly cool in summers, but that's yet to be seen)

I've liked this gaiter a lot. It is my best covid mask. The ear loops fit well, and it is breathable for me, while keeping me from breathing on others quite well. The interior is a little scratchy.

It's a great piece of kit and I'm looking forward to using it when the back country opens up again. Currently I don't use it day to day as the heat in Floriduh makes it a bit too warm, so I'm using more cotton masks. I can throw those in the washing machine, and sanitize them pronto. I'm really looking forward to winter, and skiing so I can use it daily. Wonderful product, and I hope to buy other products from you folks in the future.

My whole family has the Voormi Everyday Gaiter for our out and about trips, workdays, and school days. They each have a different color and just a little bit different fit. I'm a teacher and I've worn mine for two meeting days in my mostly non-air conditioned school. It's still mask, but the second day I liked it better. It was lightweight, not too hot, dried quickly, was easy to move up and down without handling it too much as I was taking drink breaks from it. It is relatively easy to talk with as far as masks go. The best part was that I didn't have to hang onto it when I took it off. I just slipped it down. It is the most hands-free of any mask. If you are worried about touching surfaces then your mask or vice versa the everyday gaiter really is the way to go.

This ear loop gaiter is perfect! I don't know why I didn't think of modifying my gaiters to work like this already... I know this is a product in response to this horrible pandemic, but i will also be using this for winter running and hiking. It's convenient to have a contoured piece that covers my face, but leaves my ears open. Using a beanie with this completes a modular system for keeping my head comfortable. I love the convenience of this gaiter. My only comment is on the shape where the edge hits your nose. After several hours the mask begins to pull/run on your nose. It’s hard to tell if there is an easy comfortable solution. Otherwise, it’s great!

I have been using neck gaiters regularly as a mask. I was intrigued by the Voormi style (having ear loops) but suspicious as how it would look and work and its comfort. I was wrong for my suspicions the weight and style work very well. I live in Louisiana so we are dealing with heat and humidity, all days, but this gaiter is comfortable in all circumstances that I wear it and use it to fight the Covid. Disclaimer - I am a Voormi fan and have purchased several different items from their line and I have yet to be disappointed in the quality of the materials and workmanship which is important considering the price. You definitely get better than you pay for.

The ear loops are nice to keep it up over your nose, but they aren't needed necessarily as it would stay up without as well. Nice to have if you have maybe a smaller head...mine isn't small by any means ;) Getcha one if you can.

I HATE the mask thing!
The Voormi mask is GREAT because after the panic has relented, I'll be snowboarding/skiing for years to come in my fantastic Voormi gaiter. (most of the flu specific masks will end up in our landfills)
I'm critical of how the statistics and science have been "applied" regarding this very real flu?
That being said, masks are the reality of the moment, I'll be wearing my Voormi gaiter & waiting for winter.

Love this gaiter, but... I found that a slight variation in the placement of the ear loops affected the fit for me. I ordered a purple one for myself and a green one for my boyfriend. When I put on the purple one it felt too loose on me. The green one looked snug on my boyfriend. So we switched. The green one seemed to fit me much better and the purple one is fine for him. I laid them one on top of the other to see if the sizes were different. They are not, but the purple one has more elongated ear loops, which seems to be what made it feel looser on my face. The green one is great for me. I wear it walking and hiking outside and just pull it up when other people are near. I thought it would be too hot to leave around my neck, but it's fine. Great product! Even though it is only one layer, it passed the candle test.

Debated getting one of these but it works so well when it's hot out or you are flipping the mask up and down a bunch. Looks as good as a mask can and very happy with it. I don't wear glasses so not sure on the fog factor but they where fine with sunglasses.

I can't tolerate masks, so a gaiter that gently hooks over my ears is a perfect option. It is comfortable even in warm summer sailing classes on the great lakes. I get many compliments and inquiries as to where I purchased my gaiter. Happy to refer them to Voormi!

Overall the fit is great for an adult, and the gaiter is easy to use. Especially in these times of COVID, it's great to be able to quickly pull up face protection when I approach people on my daily dog walk or bike ride.
The fabric is slightly scratchier than I had hoped (although not too uncomfortable), but I expect it to soften after a few washes. The gaiter does not have a nose stiffener - ideally it would have one for a better seal, but I understand that this is designed as a gaiter, not PPE.
Product Care Instructions
While all of our fabrics are specifically designed for machine care, we recommend protecting your investment through minimally damaging processes. For us, this usually means a cold wash cycle followed by a hang-dry. If you do find yourself in a pinch then it’s perfectly ok to throw it in the dryer. In either case, we recommend staying away from those pesky fabric softeners.
