I originally bought this during the pandemic hoping for a comfortable mask solution. Soon after, most places started saying this type of mask wasn't sufficient protection but I found I really like this piece for other situations. I use it trail running in the winter and find that it breathes well enough that I'm not gasping for breath, yet it provides a lot of warmth for my face during cold runs. This design is great because it stays in place better than a typical neck gaiter due to the loops over the ears. Throw a beanie on over the top and I can run in single digit temps comfortably. I've also used it skiing and it really helps keep your face a bit warmer. I'd probably buy another one to use turkey hunting if I found it available in the blowdown pattern.

Before finding the Voormi mask gaiters, I was always leaving my mask in the car.

I love this gaiter/face mask! It’s great for my bike rides and hikes! It’s the first one I’ve tried that I don’t mind wearing all the time, at least while I’m riding. On a warmer day when I’m not moving it can get a bit warm, but overall it’s great!

This gaiter is very comfortable and user-friendly. For 3 seasons of the year it is welcome warmth around your neck. Then a simple lift up over the ears to go into a store. I also like it when running errands as I'll simply leave it on, dropping it when between stores: this way I don't forget a mask either. But no, I'm not one of those odd types that can be seen in their cars with their mask on?
I expect in summer I'll not use it and wear a simple mask for keeping cool.

I have been struggling to find the perfect mask for skiing, and I have finally found it! Will be recommending to everyone!
This was great for skiing and would be great for any outdoor activities. The fabric is thicker and looser than a buff so it doesn't stick to your face like a buff does. Because it is wool, it also doesn't get super wet and smelly when you are breathing into it (with snowfall) for hours. The ear straps help keep the mask up over your mouth and nose without being too tight around those areas. Love it!

Took My Voormi mask Snowboarding last week and it performed great! I will often drop it to my neck and forget that it's even there. I am a woodworker and have been using my N95 masks out in public. They filter well but are hot and fog up my glasses immediately. I'm relieved to have the Voormi mask now.

Fantastic solution. It’s great beyond complaint. I’d just love to see a simple design that keeps the material off of your lips/mouth. Honestly if it allowed for more airflow it would be incredible for sport facilities that require masks. Crucial that it doesn’t fog up glasses

Ear loops are far too large, neck opening large as well. Ultimately product didn’t stay on or wear in way that covered mouth and nose. Fabric is a nice quality but overall product didn’t work.

If you have a small head, the ear loops will not keep the mask up on your face. Good quality though just doesn't stay over mouth and nose due to ear loops being too large.

I bought this for snowboarding now that masks are required while indoors and in lift lines. The mask is perfect for on-the-slope use with the ear loops and neck coverage but it really needs an adjustable nose wire. With the mask covering my nose my goggles fog up quickly if I'm not in motion.

I absolutely love this mask! The design keeps the fabric away from your mouth and the loops help keep the mask securely up. I love wool which is warm, doesn't get stinky and is perfect for outdoor activities. I wish I could get them for my kids - it fits my son who is about 13 but I think it will be too small for my daughter. Please consider making smaller sizes!

I purchased this gaiter to wear skiing because my balakava didn't quite fit the need. It's now what I wear for all outdoor activities where a mask is needed. The Voormi gaiter is breathable, warm and stays in place all day long. I do have a slightly smaller face/ears and made a minor adjustment to the ear loops to keep the mask snug. My husband's gaiter fit perfectly.

This is a great concept to add ear loops to a gaiter. I just got mine and skied with it today. Unfortunately, the ear loops are too large for me so the gaiter won’t stay up. I imagine there will be some stretching which will make the problem worse. Voormi should either provide sizing options or add adjustability to the ear loops. I will try to make mine work with needle and thread.

Great addition for the world we live and recreate in. I put it on & leave it around my neck when I hit the trail and simply put it in place when near others. Super comfortable at a wide range of temps and very high quality. The ear loops don't irritate and the gaiter always stays where you want it.

Since we have to wear a mask this year skiing, this is the one to have! So comfortable, not tight, but effective in blocking coughs etc. The ear loops keep the mask up very comfortably.
I will be buying a second one, and will actually always wear it on storm days, long after Covid is gone.

Bought the face mask/gaiter. It is almost too tight on my husband and it falls off my nose for me( I have a kid sized face). Perhaps if you could put a fabric/grosgrain ribbon pull tab adjustment in the back kinda like how some ball caps can be adjusted. I also stitched in a ‘nite ize gear tie’ to make the nose conform and fit.

Been wearing the gaiter for skiing while wearing goggles. Love the breathability - the biggest issue in most "covid required face coverings is they get soggy and are either hard to breathe through or they freeze up. Doesn't happen with merino! My only gripe is around how the gaiter fits where bridge of nose and bottom of goggle meet. Many masks use a small wire to help form this area, and that might be a great add. Also, I'm a larger guy and find the circumference of the gaiter around the back of head to bridge of nose slightly tight. I find myself tugging on it to stretch out and loosen this area. Those are minor "issues" and overall I really love this!

Bought these for the whole family for Christmas. Very comfy and easy to use. Lightweight so it’s easy to just wear around your neck and pull up when needed. For me it actually ran a tad big, and washing didn’t shrink it as I hoped, but I have a small frame and fairly narrow face. Most gaiters are too big for me. Rest of the family, all men, love them. I like mine too but will need to make a few adjustments.

I am so pleased with the Everday Gaiter, I am going to buy one for my husband, too. It is so soft on the face, and doesn’t cling like other gaiters or masks. I have worn it in warmer weather (walking with other people who wanted masks) and it was very breathable. Lately with cold weather in Wisconsin, I have been using it while walking/hiking during cold, strong winds. It is great for that, too. Also comes in very handy for the indoor, mask-mandated places. It is so comfortable, sometimes I forget it is even on! Nice to find such a quality product made in USA!

My wife and I finally received our Everyday Gaiters after an extended wait due to all things 2020, and we were able to use them today. These gaiters strike a nice balance between all out protection and comfort. As we both work in healthcare and must wear medical-grade surgical masks or N-95 masks most days, it's nice to have the option to choose something else when out and about during these pandemic times when absolute protection isn't necessary to protect ourselves and others. Where surgical masks and many other cloth masks can uncomfortably pull on the ears and be downright uncomfortable, the Everyday Gaiter is more of a loose fit but still offers enough of a grip that it stays in place. It's also much more comfortable for me than Buff style neck tubes. Standard neck tubes/gaiters can be too tight and hot, whereas the Everyday Gaiter has just the right amount of fabric to fully cover your face from your nose to your chest without bunching up like a normal neck tube/gaiter. I'd caution that if you are part of a vulnerable group, the fact that this product doesn't have any sort of form-fitting piece for the bridge of the nose may not make it the best choice to protect yourself in particularly risky spaces. But for all others this product gets the job done during day-to-day errands with a level of comfort that's hard to find.
