The weather is (or has in some cases) warmed up, and it's time to bring out your ultralights for your adventures. At VOORMI, we know these essential pieces are more than just gear – they’re your reliable partners on every trek. Thanks to the magical power of wool's odor-fighting properties, your ultralights need less frequent washing than most other clothing. To ensure they stay in peak condition, here’s a simple guide to caring for your ultralights.
Washing
Start by washing your ultralights in cold water using a mild soap. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can interfere with the fabric’s performance. When they do need a wash, a gentle cycle with cold water will do the trick.
Drying
We like to air dry our ultralights, but if you prefer to use a dryer, you can put them in on low heat and low tumble. This helps preserve the fit and performance of your gear.
Additionally, when wearing your backpack, try to keep Velcro away from the fabric. This is important for any ultralight product you own, as Velcro can cause damage to the fibers.
By following these simple steps, you can keep your VOORMI ultralights looking fresh and ready for all your outdoor escapades. With a little care, your gear will continue to perform at its best, adventure after adventure.
